Referral Programme Terms

1. Referral Programme Eligibility

Referral rewards are earned only when all eligibility criteria have been satisfied. A referral is considered successful only if all of the following are met:

• The referred customer registers using a valid referral link or referral code issued by Fours.
• The referred customer purchases a qualifying Pro subscription.
• The initial payment is successfully processed by Stripe.
• The subscription remains active and in good standing.
• The referred customer successfully completes two consecutive monthly Pro subscription payments (or the equivalent qualifying period for an annual subscription, where applicable).
• No payment has been refunded, disputed, reversed, or charged back before the reward becomes payable.

Fours reserves the right to verify all referral activity before issuing any reward.

2. Fraud Prevention

Fours may withhold, delay, revoke, or refuse referral rewards where it reasonably believes referral activity is fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or intended to circumvent the Referral Programme. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Self-referrals.
• Duplicate or multiple accounts created by the same individual.
• Shared payment methods used to create multiple accounts.
• Artificial or fraudulent sign-ups.
• Cancelled subscriptions before qualification.
• Refunded or disputed payments.
• Chargebacks.
• Any attempt to manipulate the Referral Programme.

Fours reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in referral abuse.

3. Reward Approval

• Referral rewards are not guaranteed upon sign-up.
• Rewards become payable only after successful verification of all eligibility requirements and payment history.
• Fours may delay reward issuance while conducting verification checks.

4. Programme Changes

Fours reserves the right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the Referral Programme, including reward values, eligibility requirements, and qualifying conditions, at any time, provided such changes do not affect rewards that have already been validly earned under the applicable terms.

5. Final Interpretation

The Referral Programme is offered at the discretion of Fours and is subject to these Referral Terms and our Terms of Service. All eligibility decisions made by Fours in relation to referral qualification, fraud prevention, and reward issuance are subject to applicable law and these published Referral Programme Terms.
